Your confirmation email contains a Refund Link – click it and follow the instructions for a full refund up to one hour before showtime. If your tickets have already been retrieved at the theatre, or you are requesting a refund in the hour before showtime, you must handle at the theatre box office. Requests received after the show starts will not be honored.
Please forward your confirmation email to customerservice@landmarktheatres.com, citing your reason for the request. Please include the theatre name, transaction date, last 4 digits of your credit card number, and amount of the transaction in your refund request.
Once confirming the tickets are unredeemed, we will process the refund. Please allow up to 10 working days for posting to your bank. Requests received after showtime will not be honored.
You may alternatively also visit the theatre box office for a refund prior to showtime, however the MovieTickets online ticketing surcharge is non-refundable.
You can easily lookup online orders for any online ticket purchase. Simply go to the Order Lookup page, and provide the email address used and the last 4 digits of the card used to complete the purchase. Please Note: If your order was placed on MovieTickets.com you will need to either visit their website or contact their customer support to look up the order.
Requests to exchange for a different show or change order quantity cannot be processed online. You may request a refund for your full transaction using one of the above methods and purchase new tickets, or handle at the theatre box office prior to showtime.
All online ticketing pages containing transaction data are secured. You can tell this by the “locked” icon in your web browser, as well as the “https://” before the web address – (“s” indicated secured). Personal information provided is used for bank verification only at the time of purchase.
